About

The people who join when the constraint calls for them.

Stefan Munz and Benedikt Stemmildt lead every engagement themselves. Your agentic engineering training is run by a practitioner from our network of 70+, matched to your stack.

How it works

Two founders lead, practitioners join where you need them

Stefan and Benedikt lead every engagement. Leadership, engineering or product practitioners come in where their experience helps. Scope and responsibilities are settled before work starts.

  1. Your engagement

One team answers for the agreed outcome, the evidence, and the skills your people keep.

  2. Stefan Munz and Benedikt Stemmildt

Run the engagement and bring engineering and product experience.

  3. Leadership practitioners

How you operate, how you organize, how you lead engineering.

  4. Engineering practitioners

    Architecture, delivery systems, platforms, code.

  5. Product practitioners

What to build, how to validate it, how value flows.

Your engagement, its two leads and three groups of practitioners.
