What starting early made possible
Training
hackers&wizards introduced our engineering teams to Claude Code at a time when most people hadn't touched it yet. The sessions got people genuinely excited to try things on their own. That's the hardest part. They brought subagents, skills, hooks, and context engineering into the conversation early, which gave our teams a real head start. They had the vocabulary and mental models to build on.

What to include
A useful first message is short
Give us enough context to route the conversation without making you complete a sales form.
The outcome
What should be better for the business, product, engineering system, or team?
The current constraint
Where is scattered AI adoption, delivery flow, quality, confidence, or organization getting stuck?
The scope
Which teams, value streams, technologies, locations, and decision-makers are involved?
The timing
What decision or delivery event creates the deadline?
