Your teams keep working with AI agents long after the training ends.
We train engineering, product and business teams to work with AI agents, mentor them on their own work and run a program for their leaders. More teams follow in waves.

Five steps, each with its own result
Most companies start with one team's training, and mentoring follows every two-day training. After that, you decide each step on its own. Every step aims to cut two numbers: lead time from idea to first users, and cost per shipped change.

01
Training
One or two hands-on days for a team of 8 to 12, working in your own code and systems. Seven trainings cover engineers, product, platform, security and leaders.
See the trainingsEUR 1,500 per participant for two days, EUR 750 for one
-
02
Mentoring
Your team puts the training to work on its own tickets. A mentor sits in on refinement, planning, implementation and review where it helps.
How mentoring worksEUR 250 per hour, billed as delivered

03
For leaders
Agentic Engineering for Engineering and Product Leaders: two days for CTOs, VPs and heads of engineering and product to learn what they're steering, together as one leadership group, remote or on site.
TrainingsThe leadership programEUR 1,500 per participant for two days

04
Rollout across teams
Start with a pilot team, then train more teams of 8 to 12, grouped by role, in an order we plan with you.
Rolling out to a large organization5 to 15% off from 5 groups

05
Community
Every participant gets free access to the community, for good, so the practice carries on once the trainer has gone.

Your team puts the training to work on real tickets, with a mentor alongside
Mentoring runs while the team uses what it learned on real work, under real conditions. We stay with the team through that.
Where the mentor joins
Refinement, planning, implementation and review, wherever it helps. Your team does the work; the mentor helps it make the calls.
Hours you set
Mentoring is on call after every two-day team training: you book the hours your team needs, typically 2 to 4 a week over 4 to 12 weeks, at EUR 250 per hour, billed monthly as delivered. At those hours that is about EUR 2,000 to EUR 12,000 on top of the training.
What stays
Everything the team builds stays in your repository.

Training
The workshop was inspiring and pushed me to think big. The end-to-end migration pipeline example really stayed with me. We're using Claude Code far more aggressively now.

Training
I read the summary of the training and I'm really happy with the content. On top of that, the training and you as the trainer went down very well with the participants. That says a lot, because in my view this was our toughest group.

Training
The sessions got our engineers genuinely excited to try things on their own. That's the hardest part. They kept experimenting, sharing what they built, and asking questions long after the workshop ended.

Training
Since the workshop, everyone here develops agentically. Some still use agents as support, others haven't written a single line of code since. I'd recommend your workshop to any developer.
Managing Director
AI enablement usually starts with a single team
Where should we start?
Usually with a single team's training. If your leaders want to steer first, start with Agentic Engineering for Engineering and Product Leaders. If the question is your delivery system, the Software Factory starts with a Readiness Assessment.
Is it just the training, or do you support us afterwards?
Mentoring is on call after every two-day team training: you book the hours your team needs, typically 2 to 4 a week over 4 to 12 weeks, at the hourly rate under Mentoring, billed monthly as delivered. At those hours that is about EUR 2,000 to EUR 12,000 on top of the training. A one-day training stands on its own; you can book mentoring after it too.
How long does it take?
Each training is one or two days. Mentoring runs for the hours in your offer. Further teams follow in an order we agree with you, so the total timeline depends on how many teams you train.
Who should attend?
Teams of 8 to 12: engineers, product, platform and security, each in the training built for them. Their leaders take Agentic Engineering for Engineering and Product Leaders.
What does it all cost?
Each step has its own price: EUR 1,500 per participant for a two-day team training, Agentic Engineering for Engineering and Product Leaders included, EUR 750 for a one-day training, and mentoring at the hourly rate under Mentoring. In every training you pay for at most 10 participants, and up to 12 can attend. The fee for two-day team trainings drops by 5% from 5 groups booked in one order, by 10% from 10 and by 15% from 15. The discount applies to every group in that order. Mentoring stays at the hourly rate.
What about procurement and legal?
Everything your procurement and legal teams need is on one page.
AboutProcurement and legalYour Software Factory takes bounded work from ticket to production
Enablement builds your people's practice. The Software Factory is a separate project: agents take bounded work from a ticket to production in your own code. It starts with a Readiness Assessment.

We run a Software Factory of our own and build yours with you.
