"Since the workshop, everyone here develops agentically."
Managing Director Jan Tegtmeier, three months after a two-day agentic engineering training for the developers at Tegtmeier Internet Solutions.
- January to June 2026
- Team training
- Mentoring
Starting point
Tegtmeier Internet Solutions has written custom software for companies for over 20 years. In December 2025 we first discussed building a new booking platform with AI agents. In January 2026 the developers sat down for the training.
What we did
Benedikt Stemmildt ran the engagement and mentored the team himself.
- Day one, 26 January 2026: agentic development with Claude Code. Day two, 27 January: feedback loops, subagents and the whole development lifecycle.
- Three project groups, all on real code: one greenfield project, one new API endpoint, one round of bug fixes in legacy code.
- From April to June 2026, half a day a week of mentoring and architecture consulting, agreed for this engagement.
What changed
Since the workshop, everyone here develops agentically. Some still use agents as support, others haven't written a single line of code since. I'd recommend your workshop to any developer.

What this case does not show
This is one team and one person's account. It reports what the Managing Director saw; it does not measure delivery.
