Trainings

Your teams hand recurring tasks to AI agents and check every result.

A one-day AI agent training for marketing, finance, sales, HR, legal and service, at every experience level: each person hands a recurring task of their own to an agent and leaves with a first skill, written instructions the agent follows next time.

We were all absolutely thrilled. I think every single one of us took away an incredible amount and learned a great deal!

What you get in one day

The teams around your product get one shared way to hand recurring work to agents. Each participant writes down a task of their own, hands it to an agent under rules the team agreed, and checks every result.

Your engineers already hand work to agents. In marketing, finance, sales, HR and customer service, it often depends on who takes the initiative. Our trainers start with what an agent does, agree with the team which data it may see and where a person signs off, and then everyone hands over a recurring task of their own. The agent drafts and pre-checks. The person who owns the task checks the result and decides.

Who it's for

The teams around your product: marketing, finance, sales, HR, legal and customer service, at every experience level. Everyone works with an agent on a recurring task of their own, on copies where needed. Remote or on site, in German or English.

Any experience level works; you use the agent in a chat. Bring one recurring task from your own work, with sample files or copies. We agree with you in the preparation call which data may be used.

Product managers, product owners and UX take Agentic Engineering for Product Managers and Product Owners. Engineers take Agentic Engineering for Developers and QA.

What your team takes away

  • Every participant's recurring task written down, plus a first skill for it
  • Team rules for agents: what they can see, which account they use, where a person approves
  • A shortlist of your teams' tasks that suit an agent, each with a named owner
  • An attendance certificate per participant, to document the training as an AI literacy measure under Article 4 of the EU AI Act, which names no specific measure

What changes

The agent drafts the recurring work, such as the monthly report, the reconciliation or the campaign variants, and the person who owns it checks it. Your people use agents on accounts the company approved, under rules the team wrote down. And the speed your engineers gained starts to reach the rest of the company, task by task.

What the day covers

Day 1: From one recurring task to a working AI agent
  • Your work first: everyone picks a recurring task from their job and lists its steps.
  • Agent basics: a live demo on a task from the room: what an agent does that a chat window can't.
  • Data and approvals: the team agrees what the agent can see, which account it uses, and where a person approves.
  • The agent takes over: everyone gives the agent their task and checks every result.
  • A skill for next time: everyone writes down how the task is done, so the agent repeats it the same way.
  • Show, then decide: the group shares what worked, chooses which tasks to keep and who takes each forward.

How it runs

  • Hands-on before lunch

Everyone works on their own task, on copies until real data is cleared.

  • Data comes first

Exercises run on copies or prepared files until the preparation call settles which data may go to which model. The agent asks for approval before every significant step, and a person checks every result. On the day, the agent sends, pays, signs and publishes nothing.

  • Mechanics before magic

First how the agent works, then what to use it for. Everyone works in the AI assistant your team already uses, on their usual files and tools. What they learn transfers to whatever your company settles on next.

  • Hourly mentoring

Add it to the one-day training at EUR 250 an hour, for instance for one or two champions per department.

  • Lifetime access to our community

Free for every participant: people from other teams share what works in the hackers&wizards community.

Desktop app: Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot

Who delivers it

Our Hamburg partner AI FIRST delivers this training. Its founder and managing director Felix Schlenther leads the day, or one of his trainers does. Stefan Munz and Benedikt Stemmildt are responsible at hackers&wizards.

What it goes with

Engineers learn the same agent practice in Agentic Engineering for Developers and QA, product people in Agentic Engineering for Product Managers and Product Owners, leaders in Agentic Engineering for Engineering and Product Leaders. Marketing, finance and engineering then use the same words for what an agent should do.

What clients say

What clients say about our trainings

The sessions got our engineers genuinely excited to try things on their own. That's the hardest part. They kept experimenting, sharing what they built, and asking questions long after the workshop ended.

Thanks again for the great workshop. We enjoyed it very much and took a lot out of the in-depth discussion. The links and materials are very helpful.

Questions before booking

Who is Agentic Workflows for Business Teams for?

For everyone outside engineering and product: marketing, finance, sales, HR, legal, customer service. Any experience level.

How long does it take, and where?

One day, remote or on site, handpicked trainer

What does it cost?

EUR 750 per participant. Team training, EUR 7,500 at most for the day: up to 12 people attend, and you pay for 10 at most. Net, plus VAT. On site, plus travel at cost.

A team of fewer than eight pays the same EUR 750 per participant and day, or brings a neighbouring team along.

Will our data go to the model provider?

Only what you clear. In the preparation call we agree with you which data may be used, through which account and model route, and who signs off. Until then, exercises use copies or prepared files. During the training the agent sends, pays, signs and publishes nothing. It prepares, and a person does it.

Our people have only used a chat window. Does that matter?

No. The day starts by showing how an agent differs from a chat, and everyone uses the agent through the chat. It helps most if each person brings one recurring task, chosen beforehand.

Do you use this yourselves?

Yes. We do our own accounting with an agent in the Claude desktop app. We connect it to our bookkeeping software centrally, and a few skills teach it our accounting rules and exceptions. The person doing the accounting needs no setup of their own and works with the agent in the chat, as your people will on the day.

Remote or in person?

Both. Remote runs on your Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, cameras on, everyone on their own files. On site, we come to you. Travel and accommodation at cost.

Is there a certificate?

Yes. Everyone gets a certificate of attendance for their LinkedIn profile, confirming they took part in the training.
