Stefan has spent more than fifteen years as a startup CTO, several times as a founder, and two of those companies ended in seven-figure exits. His most recent was AICX, where he built a platform for AI agents used by mid-sized companies and enterprises. Alongside it he moved his own engineering team from occasional AI use to agentic work, organised around software factories. Today he trains and coaches teams on working with AI, at hackers&wizards and in his own practice. What he teaches, he has done first: in his own teams, for clients and on his own code.
