Ralf is an AI Solution Architect and builds AI systems that act on their own, not just answer. His current project HitsBrain, an agent-based assistant system running in a sandbox, has shipped as a pilot, each customer on a dedicated VPS with exclusive access. Behind that are more than 20 years as a full-stack developer and solution architect, plus experience as a project lead in enterprises and SMEs in the energy sector; his software still runs in production at an energy utility, connected to SAP IS-U.
Ralf is a member of Havel Valley (opens in a new tab), a volunteer-run initiative that wants to make Brandenburg an der Havel a place for sustainable business and work just outside Berlin. As an independent supporter he brings his AI know-how to meetups and coworking and helps founders and freelancers from the region bring agents into their daily work.
