Ingo has spent more than 15 years building software as an engineer, solution architect, and CTO. Today he works as an AI architect and engineering trainer at IONOS and teaches machine learning and generative AI at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences. He focuses on coding agents and agentic software systems, and on a practical problem: how to turn probabilistic models into reliable engineering tools. After more than 100 AI developer workshops across Europe, he brings the questions and failures from real teams into his training at hackers&wizards. He also tests his ideas in open source projects such as Irrlicht and AI Developer Cards, then writes and speaks about what worked and what did not.
