Tereza Iofciu holds a PhD in Computer Science and AI and has spent over fifteen years in data science and machine learning. She currently works as an individual contributor, interim AI team lead, and agentic engineering coach, and is building ReiteraLabs. With hackers&wizards she runs agentic engineering enablement courses and the Agentic Dev Bootcamp. She also brings more than five years of edtech experience, having taught data science, AI, and AI product management.
